One
of the ministries of Agora Evangelism is City-Wide Crusades. We run these
crusades in America and all over the world. Agora crusades are broken up
into four parts.
When D L Moody would arrive in a town to run a city-wide revival, he would spend the first day with Christians. He felt, if the local Christians were not right with God and were not praying for revival, then revival would never come.
The first day in town (Sunday) the Agora Evangelists preach “Call to Service” sermons in the churches which will be involved in the crusade. The idea is to motivate the church members to get right with God, pray for the lost and become very actively involved in the Great Commission.
The biggest concern we hear from pastors is that a large part of the work in most churches is done by the “professional” church staff rather than the ones that should be doing the work – the church members. Therefore, our first step is to motivate and recruit the church members.
The mornings of the 3 days will be focused on the Soul Winners’ Club
Director’s College. One morning is spent working
on
The Message (how to present the gospel in an effective manner). One morning
is spent on The Meetings (how to set up continuing training and a
soul-winning oriented visitation program). One morning is spent on The
Management (how to start, maintain and grow the Soul Winners’ Club). At the
end of the 3 days your church will be ready to institute an evangelistically
centered outreach program that lasts to the rapture.
The afternoons of the 3 days are spent in two different ways. The local pastors and church staff shadow the Agora Evangelists as the Evangelists witness in the local neighborhoods. We will go wherever there are lost—in the streets, door-to-door, hospitals, schools, jails, etc. The idea is to let the local church leaders see just how effective the Soul Winners’ Club and its 12-point plan can be.
All other church members are recruited to hand out flyers and encourage the lost to attend the evening crusade meetings.
The
evenings of the 3 days are an evangelistic crusade. Agora will partner with
all of the local churches involved in the 3 day revival to (1) motivate and
inspire the local Christians to evangelize and (2) get as many saved in the
local area as possible in a three day timeframe.
At these evening crusades the local churches can showcase their music and preaching talent to the local community. The local Christians are encouraged to work at the alter as many come forward in response to the Agora Evangelist’s urgings.
It has been our experience at Agora Evangelism that inspiration without education leads to frustration. With the continuous integration of Soul Winners’ Club into every outreach of your church, you will have both the inspiration and education to unleash the untapped power of the Holy Spirit as He fills your people with soul winning excitement.
Once your church begins to focus on the Great Commission, you will turn your town upside down with the gospel of Jesus Christ!

Dear Dr. Bob, Greetings and Good day in the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord & Savior.
First, I and my family would like to thank you for your visit. My Pastor and the Church are most happy that you shared with us the preaching and very special teaching of Soul Winning. It was much appreciated. We are challenged and awakened by your teaching. What a tremendous blessing.
Twenty-four Souls were saved when you preached on Easter Sunday. We know that God's hand moved. Ten of them followed in baptism. Thank you once again for a great blessing and for the souls added to the Church.
I have good news: after giving us the challenge and teaching the Soul Winners’ Club, our Pastor started (the very next Saturday) to apply and practice the Soul Winners’ Club.
When you visited we were a 62 member Church. Our goal, using Soul Winners’ Club, was to reach 500 souls by 2010 – next year. Sunday, April 11, we reached 160 in the morning worship service and 8 were saved. In the afternoon service we reached 186 and 5 were saved. Again, thank you and best regards. God Bless,
We are seeing churches all over the world getting excited during our crusades and receiving a new energy to reach their community with the gospel. Agora Evangelism wants to see these blessings come to your church.
We will work with you to organize and run a crusade in your city, town or village. The first step is to meet with an Agora Evangelism Representative. The representative will explain all of the logistics of running a crusade including your investments in time and finances.
The work begins 2-3 months before the crusade. Initially, time is invested to pull together like-minded pastors, secure a location, rent sound and lighting systems, and to begin marketing. You will want to reach out to pastors to be trained, local churches to help, the lost to attend the nightly meetings, and prayerful Christians to help raise financial support.
Agora Evangelism will help with fund raising, logistics and all the little things that make a crusade successful. The Agora Evangelism personnel who attend these meetings will be funded separately at no cost to your church.
After the crusade, your investment will be in time (initiating a Soul Winners’ Club in your church) and funds (keeping good tracts, discipleship books, and training material in your church for the Soul Winners’ Club).
The return on your investment will be eternal and beyond measure. Your church will be revived and your Jerusalem will be evangelized!
